Your fertility nutrition package is designed to provide comprehensive, evidence-based support:

  • Optimise fertility and reproductive health

  • Support hormone balance (e.g. irregular cycles, PCOS)

This includes a 2 phase approach:

Phase 1: 60 minute comprehensive fertility in-depth initial consultation (covering medical history, cycle health, lifestyle, and nutrition)

Phase 2: (A week later) 45 minute comprehensive analysis of your initial assessment and nutrition & lifestyle plan

Phase 3 (and onwards): Ongoing nutrition consultations

COUPLE PACKAAGES

Fertility is a shared journey. These sessions support both partners with targeted nutrition and lifestyle strategies to optimise:

  • Egg and sperm quality

  • Hormone health

  • Preconception preparation

    Phase 1: 90 minute comprehensive fertility in-depth initial consultation (covering medical history, cycle health, lifestyle, and nutrition)

    Phase 2: (A week later) 60 minute comprehensive analysis of your initial assessment and nutrition & lifestyle plan

    Phase 3 (and onwards): Ongoing nutrition consultations

GUT HEALTH & GENERAL NUTRITION CONSULTATIONS

1:1 INITIAL ASSESSMENT (60 minutes)

A comprehensive deep dive into your health. This session includes:

  • Detailed review of medical history, symptoms, and goals

  • Nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement assessment

  • Initial education and next steps

This is where we build the foundation for your next steps.

1:1 ONGOING CONSULTATIONS (30 minutes)

Follow-up sessions designed to support progress and keep you on track. These include:

  • Reviewing your progress and any changes

  • Ongoing education and support
