Week: 1 60 minute part-1 initial assessment
Week 2: 45 minute part-2 analysis and nutrition and lifestyle plan
Week 4 +: 30 minute ongoing nutrition coaching and consultations
Couples sessions:
Week 1: 90 minute part-1 initial assessment
Week 2: 60 minute part-2 analysis and fertility nutrition plan
Week 4 onwards: 30 minute ongoing nutrition coaching and consultations
Gut health, autoimmune and general nutrition sessions:
60 minute initial assessment
30 minute ongoing nutrition coaching and consultations

Your fertility nutrition package is designed to provide comprehensive, evidence-based support. This typically includes:
An in-depth initial consultation (covering medical history, cycle health, lifestyle, and nutrition)
Personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan
Targeted supplement guidance (if appropriate)
Ongoing support consultations to track progress and adjust your plan

No referral is required to book an appointment. You’re welcome to book directly. However, if you have a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate —speak with your doctor to see if this applies to you.

If you have private health insurance with extras cover, you may be eligible for a rebate on dietitian consultations. The amount will depend on your individual policy, so it’s best to check directly with your provider.
