    Individual sessions

    • Week: 1 60 minute part-1 initial assessment

    • Week 2: 45 minute part-2 analysis and nutrition and lifestyle plan

    • Week 4 +: 30 minute ongoing nutrition coaching and consultations

    Couples sessions:

    • Week 1: 90 minute part-1 initial assessment

    • Week 2: 60 minute part-2 analysis and fertility nutrition plan

    • Week 4 onwards: 30 minute ongoing nutrition coaching and consultations

    Gut health, autoimmune and general nutrition sessions:

    • 60 minute initial assessment

    • 30 minute ongoing nutrition coaching and consultations

  • Your fertility nutrition package is designed to provide comprehensive, evidence-based support. This typically includes:

    • An in-depth initial consultation (covering medical history, cycle health, lifestyle, and nutrition)

    • Personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan

    • Targeted supplement guidance (if appropriate)

    • Ongoing support consultations to track progress and adjust your plan
      The goal is to optimise your body for conception by supporting hormones, egg and sperm quality, and overall reproductive health.

  • Collaborative, honest, judgement-free and understanding. I’m here to guide through every step of your health journey, letting you feel empowered and keep things moving along in the right direction.

  • No referral is required to book an appointment. You’re welcome to book directly. However, if you have a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan from your GP, you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate —speak with your doctor to see if this applies to you.

  • As mentioned above, you may be eligible for a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) plan from your GP.

    If you have private health insurance with extras cover, you may be eligible for a rebate on dietitian consultations. The amount will depend on your individual policy, so it’s best to check directly with your provider.
