And I’m a dietitian.

I grew up on acreage, where farm-fresh food was more than nourishment - it was a way of life. Watching food being grown, harvested and prepared including livestock built the foundation for my deep understanding of nutrition and the powerful role it plays in health.

This took me a while though. My perspective became even more personal after being diagnosed with autoimmune diseases (and living with it for the last 20 years). Navigating my own health challenges transformed me in a way that I understood how food can heal. How food is truly thy medicine. This lived experience allows me to support my patients with both clinical expertise and genuine empathy and complete understanding.

Hi, I’m Doris

My Approach

I am passionate about uncovering the root causes of health concerns rather than simply managing symptoms and using a bandaid approach. By taking an integrative, evidence-based approach, I partner with my clients to create personalised strategies that support long term healing and health and wellbeing. I am also a realistic and while I take a whole-foods approach, I also get to know your lifestyle and how I can support you to achieve optimal health.
